Mr. Pennington has two decades of lottery experience from lottery organizations and lottery operations around the globe. Among other executive positions, Brent Pennington has served as the Director of Marketing in the Washington State Lottery and Director of Sales in the Virginia State Lottery. Mr. Pennington has senior management experience in all the sectors of the lottery industry; public lotteries, private lotteries, lottery suppliers and executive consulting. He has led commercial activities as director of sales, director of marketing, chief operations officer, and managing director of lottery organizations on three different Continents.
One of Mr. Pennington’s strengths is his ability to review the client’s market and recognize new opportunities to increase its turnover. Having personally visited over 20,000 retailers in new lotteries, old lotteries, primitive lotteries and state-of-the-art lotteries enables him to provide QLot’s clients with best-of-breed solutions. His active participation in the startup and growth of many lotteries with different operating models and management cultures yields both comparison and contrast.
